Workshops
Inject our business value platform into your organization through a hands-on, interactive workshop with Wendy Kennedy and associates from WKI. As the architects of the So what? who cares? why you?® methodology and toolkits, we will rally your community of innovators, assessors and staff around this proven and dynamic methodology for framing and communicating the commercial value proposition of science and technology innovations.

WKI workshops are geared to address needs across an organization’s innovation ecosystem by creating a common process and language that puts the value proposition at the beginning stages of idea development, They can equip your innovators, inventors, managers, industry partners, advisors, staff and coaches with best practices and working knowledge of our methodology and tools to kick start the methodology for your organization.
Our workshops are designed to provide participants with hands-on tools to develop business value propositions. These are interactive, roll-up-your-sleeves style sessions in which participants apply the methodology and tools to their ideas, projects and programs to interactively draft a value proposition. Participants are actively engaged throughout the day mapping the tools to the organizational context, followed by practice presenting/pitching the value proposition using the completed tools. The outcome is a series of outputs that can be presented in a value proposition using either the WKI templates or your organization’s templates for presenting ideas.
